Essential Level Service
Designed for the client who needs a little assistance with the basic essentials to craft and implement their vision. This level allows you to truly host the affair while we are working behind the scenes to make sure your event comes to life.
Up to three (3) meetings prior to event to discuss all event details
Become acquainted with needs and expectations of client
Provide client with a event timeline & itinerary
Provide proper formalities for event procedures
Provide vendor referrals
Event Planner on site; up to a four (4) hour maximum
Executive Level Service
This level of service is designed for the client who wants to plan the majority of her event day. This is a partial planning level that provides guidance and assurance to make sure that you are on the right path.
Up to five (5) meetings prior to event to discuss all event details
Become acquainted with needs and expectations of client
Provide client with an event timeline & itinerary
Provide Budget Management
Timeline Management
Provide proper formalities for event procedures
Provide vendor referrals
Assist with site reservations
Assist with menu selection
Assist with selection of rental items
Assist with music selection
Assist with selection of event stationary
Assist with follow up calls to vendor the week of the event
Plan and coordinate event with vendors
Event Planner on site (up to a 5-hour maximum)
Make sure every element of the clients’ special day is on task as it relates to your selected package (during the allocated 5 hour on site maximum)
Presidential Level Service
The Presidential Level is designed to leave the client to be completely without stress. This level offers an imperative service for the client who desires a sophisticated event leaving all the complex details to the professionals.
Unlimited communication (emails/phone calls, etc.) prior to event to discuss all event details
A one (1) hour consultation meeting every other month to discuss event details
Become acquainted with needs and expectations of client
Provide client with an event timeline & itinerary
Provide a customized Budget Management
Timeline Management
Provide proper formalities for event procedures
Construct an event planning folder
Provide vendor referrals
Set up vendor referral appointments for client and groom
Authenticate selected vendor availability for event date
Construct a calendar for vendor payments
Keep in contact with ALL selected vendors on any ongoing changes
Assist with site reservations
Assist with menu selection
Assist with selection of rental items
Assist with music selection
Assist with selection of event stationary
Assist with follow up calls to vendor the week of the event
Assist with finalization procedures with ALL vendors
Be actively involved in all creative aspects of the event
Contribute creative ideas to coordinate client ideas
Coordinate Hotel and Transportation for out-of-town guest
Plan and coordinate event events with vendors
Deliver Color Samples to Florists
Arrange for the return of all rental items to proper carrier
Event Planner on site (up to a 7 hour maximum)
Make sure every element of the clients’ special day is on task as it relates to your selected package
Execute all event plans and details
